The Andreis apartments are modernly furnished and located in a quiet area a short walk from the center of Malcesine. All our apartments are equipped with air conditioning, Sat-TV, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, private bathroom and free Wi-Fi. Guests have free use of bicycles, garden with swimming pool and games for children. We also have private and fenced parking.

Residence Parco Lago di Garda is situated in a peaceful and sunny location with a fine lake view, just 50 meters from the lake and 200 meters from the beautiful Campagnola Bay. In a few minutes you can easily reach the historical center of Malcesine and the panoramic cableway Monte Baldo by walking or cycling along the lake on the new cycle-track.
Thanks to its good location and useful equipment storage, our residence is an ideal base for sports fans.

Rifugio Campogrosso is a mountain hut at 1457 mt in Recoaro Terme (Vicenza). It is located in the heart of the Italian Little Dolomites (‘Piccole Dolomiti’) and it is surrounded by the Carega and the Sengio Alto mountain groups. 

The location of the residence, close to the University Hospital, makes it easy to reach the departments of the University of Padua, FTTR and other faculties, scattered throughout the area.

Public transportation makes it possible to reach the train station fairly quickly.

This residence is located on the shore of Alleghe Lake, at the base of the Mount Civetta and surrounded by the Dolomites Passes.

The surrounding environment is very quet and at the chalet you can enjoy wonderful winter skiing holidays.

Completely renovated in 2025, the house overlooks a breathtaking Dolomite landscape. Each apartment features on the balcony a private Hydrosoft bio-sauna—perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. Interiors are spacious and filled with light, offering separable beds, underfloor heating in every room including the bathrooms, Wi-Fi connection, private parking, ski storage, and a bike room.

Located in the heart of the Lessinia Regional Natural Park, next to the striking natural stone monuments of the Valley of the Sphinxes and the Covolo di Camposilvano, the Rifugio San Carlo has made history its name. In the year 1284, in fact, the ancient Cimbra community took root in this very place.

The Sanctuary of Saints Martyrs Victor and Corona and the spirituality house, adjacent to the Basilica, are located in the municipality of Anzù, about three kilometers from the city center of Feltre (Bl). The spirituality house is open all year round. The Sanctuary is open every day of the year from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (summer until 7:00 PM). It offers 25 rooms, mostly single and a few double with two single beds, all with private bathrooms; it has two dining rooms, two small rooms, and a hall for activities, conferences, and meetings.

The pleasantly furnished apartments are all equipped with a fitted kitchen, oven, satellite tv and broadcasting, wlan, safe, heating, hairdryer, iron, and others.

All linen for bed, bath and kitchen are provided, a laundry area is at the customer’s disposal.
