The apartment is located in the Colombo residence on Viale S. Margherita 119, a 5-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from the city center, with underground parking available. There is access to the rooftop pools. It is suitable for a family of 4 in two bedrooms, with a sofa bed in the living room for one extra person.
From June to August, the minimum stay is 7 days, only from Saturday to Saturday.
Prices vary and include bed linens, towels, and a beach spot.
