The house has architectural features of value, with quality elements such as stone staircases and shaped frames around the windows on the second floor, but above all it expresses an important testimonial value being a rare type of building in the Feltre area. The architectural and testimonial quality of the building is formally recognized, as it is subject to monumental protection by the Superintendency.
