The building dates back to the mid-1800s and consists of 3 floors, accessible by stairs. The entire structure is exclusively designed for non-smokers and small pets are welcome and can stay for free (on request). Children up to 3 years sleep for free if they use the parents' bed, and on request if available we can offer cots.

The large bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and toilet is shared.
