The property is located just 200 meters from the sea where you can find our private and free beach (1 umbrella and two sun loungers). Each apartment is equipped with at least one small terrace, air conditioning, and 1 covered parking space.

The B&B Bus de L'Och, being located in a very central area close to the town's shopping center, is the ideal location for families, business trips, and short vacations in the name of nature and sport. Each one has an independent entrance with armoured door and reserved parking space.

Residence Valpiccola is a modern and comfortable accommodation in the heart of the UNESCO Dolomites, furnished in traditional Alpine style and entirely built in larch wood. Located in the village centre of Pecol di Zoldo, it is within walking distance from the ski slopes, part of the Dolomiti Superski and Ski Civetta ski area.
