The villa belonged for about a century to the Piva-Viansson family, textile entrepreneurs, before being purchased in 2004 by the Franco family, historic Prosecco producers and owners of the Nino Franco Spumanti winery.

At the disposal of guests there is a small kitchenette, with microwave and a relaxation area with sofa bed (to be used for third and fourth guests), satellite TV and Internet connection. We have a garden with sun loungers and umbrellas, you can prepare a barbecue.

Our rooms of various sizes and types all have balcony with lake or mountain view and air conditioning. Private parking is available for guests.

Far from the hustle and bustle of the historic center, you can spend a pleasant stay here, reaching in a moment both the beach with crystal clear water and Monte Baldo with its enchanting paths.
