Villa Treccani includes 10 apartments with wardrobe, they have differents measures, from apartments for 2 people (25mq) to apartments for 6 people (45 mq).
The complex stands 20 metres from the lake in an area of 6000 mq and is just 600 metres from the centre of Malcesine by an easy walk along the lake front or along the cycle path.

This hotel is located in the heart of the Dolomites in a very convenient position to reach all the beat places in the area easily. All Hotel rooms have private bathrooms, a telephone with a direct external line and a colour television. The hotel is very comfortable and furnished in a traditional cosy and relaxing style. The apartments are located in the historical town center of Arabba, two steps away from downtown and the shops and only 200 meters away from the ski lifts. They are composed by a kitchen with living room and dishwasher, 2 double rooms, bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine, balcony or terrace. The building is located at 1600 meters above the sea level. An uncovered parking is at the guests disposal as well as a bike deposit. The apartments have SatTV, hairdryer, linens, towels, washing machine, dishwasher. The ski slopes are 250 meters away and can be reached by foot.

The apartments lay in a relaxing environment in the middle of a marvellous olive plantation and only at 50 mt. from the lake through a safe private tunnel connecting the beach.

We can also provide our guests with a small grocery store, a playground for the children, a Beach-volley court and a Tennis-Table.
