The property is situated in a central yet tranquil area, away from traffic. You can easily reach both the city center (5 minutes) and the main services: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cinemas, theaters, and the multimedia museum M9 on foot. Public transport is convenient for getting around the city or reaching the property.

The Genzianella hotel is located in the historic center of Sottoguda, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, a typical mountain village, managed by the Bartolini and Darman families since 1966

Through the Serrai di Sottoguda you can walk to the Marmolada cable car, a tourist destination for both summer trekking and winter skiing.

We are a single-family home surrounded by picturesque meadows and woods located 6 km north of Belluno, easily reachable by a convenient bus line. The bus stop is located in front of the house.
