The Residence Eleonora consists of themed rooms and apartments with free WiFi, parking, interactive TV, fresh fruit and Nespresso coffee, the property is located in the historic center of Sottomarina, almost 2 km from the center of Chioggia.

All air conditioned and heated, the apartments and rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels, the apartments include a fully equipped kitchen and, in some cases, a balcony with a view of the sea or the lagoon.

The apartment located on the second floor has been completely renovated at the end of 2024. It consists of a bright kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, and washing machine, as well as all necessary kitchen linen).

In ladino, our local language, cedavècia means "old house". Our house is a big home for a big family: we've always loved to welcome friends and to have people around and we've decided to open our doors to keep on doing it. 

An "old" house since it was originally built in the 19th Century but completely renovated in 2018 to make the most of the history of its ancient stones.
