La Comare, an elegant villa from the 1930s, owes its evocative name to the figure of the midwife who once resided there. Affectionately known as "la comare," she was the one who accompanied families in the miracle of birth, making this house a symbol of life and hospitality.

Stone by stone, the project has taken shape and is now available, destined to grow gradually, without haste, into a group of houses that has four centuries of history to tell: from the imposing stone wall that supports the courtyard, to the jobs that once supported the families living there, such as the cultivation of hemp for obtaining yarns and fabrics.

The agritourism activity occupies part of the old courtyard that was established in the early 1900s.

From the old granaries, we have created rooms and apartments with attics; the carpenter's room has become the library and the blacksmith's room the kitchen; in the halls where carts and tractors were once stored, today there is a dining room and a living room.
