It features a garden, private parking, and is situated in a quiet and panoramic area. It consists of a kitchen, living room, bathroom, one double bedroom, and one with two beds (the beds can be joined) and a large balcony. It has autonomous heating.

The Antica Corte Leguzzano is an old building from the 1800s, which once housed a municipal school classroom of the district, later a municipal dairy, and finally renovated and inhabited by Renata and Marco, respecting the identity of the house with attention to detail, the exposed stone walls, the roof with chestnut beams, and the white stone arches. The environment is very refined and well cared for down to the smallest details.
