Among the most beautiful hills of the Veneto, in the Prosecco wine area, halfway between Venice and Cortina d’Ampezzo, La Nicchia offers its guests an authentic Venetian experience to remember in a magical oasis of calm, simplicity and comfort. La Nicchia consists of two houses: “Grandparents’ House” is a detached holiday home built on two floors and obtained from the restoration of an old stone house. (from 1 to 5 people).

The apartment is located in the center of Auronzo di Cadore, 200 meters from the lake and the bike path, in a quiet area away from traffic, in a building with a single owner; it has also been recently renovated.

The property is situated on the first floor and is equipped with three rooms (two double and one single, with the possibility of adding beds), two bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen, and terrace; it also has Wi-Fi, 3 TVs, a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave.

Available for guests: a garden and private parking.

Agriturismo Furlan was established within the namesake winery founded in 1930 by grandfather Amadio, and is now passionately run with an innovative spirit by his grandsons Amedeo, Alberto, and Moreno. Surrounded by the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore and the plains of Piave, the agriturismo is an authentic expression of a family tradition linked to the land and wine for nearly a century.

The apartment is located just steps from the center of Auronzo di Cadore, at via Tarin 25; despite the central location, it is secluded from noise and sunny.

It features a terrace from which you can admire the stunning landscape of the Land of the Three Peaks of Lavaredo.
