Villa Residence is a tourist residence consisting of 9 apartments of varying sizes, all completely renovated and restored. The property is located in the municipality of Verona, 10 minutes from the city center and 15 minutes from Lake Garda and all the amusement parks. 

Each apartment is equipped with all comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Available to guests is a private parking area, both outdoor and covered.

The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a kitchen, bathroom, and a single room with a double bed and two single beds. It also features a terrace and a private parking space located in the area in front of the house. Towels and bed linen are available only upon request and for an additional charge of €20.

A small camping, of only twelve pitches, conducted for over 60 years by the same family, a few meters from the lake, near the historic center and only 150 meters from the panoramic cableway.

The supermarket, the bank. the pharmacy, restaurants and shops in the center are just a few meters away.

The camping runs along the bike path with which you can drive along the lake for kilometers.

Our house is situated in the locality of Alfauro, on the S.R. 48 of the Dolomites road, only 1, 5 km from the center of Arabba. The advantage  of our apartments is the proximity to the ski slopes: for those who love snow sports, accessing the Sellaronda circuit and Dolomiti Superski in just few minutes is priceless. Our 2 apartments welcome groups of friends and families with children in a rustic and informal atmosphere, enriched by modern comforts and wooden furniture.

The Crystal Hotel is situated at few meters from the west beach, 50 meters from the tennis courts and mini-golf, 100 meters from the west-doch "Orologio". It is confortable and modern equipped: all rooms have private bathroom, air conditioned, telephone, tv-sat, safe-box, hair-drier and balcony.
