Completely renovated in 2012 according to sustainability criteria, the building has obtained energy certification in Class A.

House Farm B&B La Corte is housed in a traditional Polesine rural house, just 2 km from the A13 motorway and 10 km from Ferrara. It offers rustic-style rooms, a garden, free parking and a sun terrace with swimming pool and sun loungers. . The air-conditioned rooms come with large windows overlooking the countryside or the pool, free WiFi, an LCD TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries.

The house is structured on two floors, the B&B activity takes place on the first floor which consists of a large and bright lobby overlooking the garden equipped with tables, chairs and hammocks, surrounded by greenery. The children are Welcome. Having a dog we prefer not to accept other animals. Many of our guests are young lone travelers who in our structure have the opportunity to meet and share pieces of street.
