For the restaurant, we have chosen an "Express Short Supply Chain" cuisine. Chef Andrea Todeschini offers a menu that is close to tradition, enriched with innovative and seductive touches in terms of image and flavors, accompanied by a wine cellar dedicated to the wines of the Valpolicella Doc and some Igt produced by a selection of the best companies in the classic Valpolicella, complemented by a representation of other Veronese Docs.

Adriatic Palace is located directly on the golden beach, in the eastern area of Lido di Jesolo, a quiet location a stone’s throw from the shops and lively clubs of piazza Milano and piazza Drago. Right in front of the hotel, there is a large swimming pool with a hydro-massage area for those who like to immerse themselves in bubbles, surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers to dry in the sun after a nice swim.
