The Agriturismo "Le Spezie" is located on the hills of the famous Prosecco wine. The farm house, dated 1800, is surrounded by vineyards and a green forest that stretch for 20 hectars. The Agriturismo offers 4 apartments, two for 6 guests, one for 3 people and one small one for 2 guests. The beautiful cities of Conegliano Veneto and Vittorio Veneto are only 5 Km from the "Agriturismo". The A27 highway's exit is also only 3 Km from our farm house.

It is an architectural complex of the seventeenth century and a farm of about 149 hectares for at least 400 years; it is located in the heart of the Venetian countryside, 15 km from the beautiful city of Vicenza, a UNESCO world heritage site and home of the famous architect Andrea Palladio. Inside of the Barchessa there are 6 holiday apartments completely renovated and equipped with every comfort. Some bicycles are available to tourists for bike rides along the nearby cycle path and to walk the wine route of the Berici hills.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of a building equipped with an elevator. Modernly furnished, it features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three terraces. We can accommodate up to six people, with one room having a double bed, a second room with two single beds, and a double sofa bed in the living area. The apartment is air-conditioned.

The agritourism activity occupies part of the old courtyard that was established in the early 1900s.

From the old granaries, we have created rooms and apartments with attics; the carpenter's room has become the library and the blacksmith's room the kitchen; in the halls where carts and tractors were once stored, today there is a dining room and a living room.

The agritourism company “Le Vignole” was founded in Cordignano (TV) from a dream of the Grillo Family, who have always been involved in managing the farm right where the facility stands. The agritourism took root in 2012, first with the restoration of two rural buildings and then in 2024 with the recovery of a portion of a barn that was previously used for raising dairy cows.
