The property covers a part of the city. Ancient and different buildings such as the Limonaia, Palazzo Fermi, La Torre create a unicum that integrates with the surrounding context. Each building is connected to the other, creating a small village that during the day offers 2 restaurants, 1 wine shop and 2 clothing stores. The park is located in the quietest area of Rambaldi Apartments.
