The structure, built with eco-friendly materials such as bio lime interiors and a wooden roof, uses renewable energy for heating, ensuring a stay in respect of the environment.

Ca’ Roer is an ancient farmhouse nestled in the greenery of the Monte Grappa foothills, restored and transformed into three independent apartments designed for a relaxing stay in the tranquility of the Venetian countryside. Borgo Portinor is a rural retreat in Cappella Maggiore, adjacent to the Barazza winery, set in the landscape between the Treviso Prealps and the Venetian plain. It offers two apartments of 60 m² each, designed for an independent and comfortable stay. Breakfast is available at the adjacent agriturismo, served at the table, for those who wish to start the day with local flavors. Just a few steps away are wines and the Barazza winery for tastings and wine experiences. For relaxation, the property features a Turkish bath and hot tub, ideal after a day among hills and villages.
