The house is located in the ancient part of Falcade: Falcade Alto, a lovely sunny hamlet with a special view, overlooking the Val del Biois which spread underneath. Even if it lies in a periferic area it is easy to get there by car, or even by bike or on foot along the trails which twist from the valley up to the top of the mountain.
The flat has got 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchnet, 1 utility room, a woodshed with wood included, a little private garden, 2 terraces with view on the Focobon Peaks and Civetta Mount. It has got 8 beds in total.
It's equipped with washing machine, TV Sat, microwave oven, central heating, wood heater ( wood included ), bed and kitchen linen.
The house is good for families with children and pets are not allowed.
In few minutes you'll be at the departure of the ski lifts, both at the gondola in Falcade or up to the cable car at Passo San Pellegrino, ready to ski on the slopes of the Ski area Alpe Lusia San Pellegrino in the heart of the Dolomiti SuperSki.
