In the heart of the Treviso countryside, in Sant'Elena di Silea, A Casa di Delia is a refined Charming House immersed in tranquility, just a few kilometers from Treviso and Venice. A place of the heart where time slows down amidst comfort, elegance, and authentic hospitality.

The farm stands on a small hill from which dominates the surrounding environment, of rare beauty, consisting of typical corn crops and meadows, interspersed with mixed deciduous and coniferous woods, combining the natural beauty and tranquility of the environment with the amenities offered by the city of Belluno, which is only 3km.

The house, an old one built at the beginning of the century and recently renovated, accommodates 14 people in a warm atmosphere with old and family charm. Each room has a unique and personal decor: each one tells a story.

Just 50 meters away you can reach Piazza San Giorgio with its shopping and entertainment area. At about 200 meters away you can reach the beach where you can spend pleasant relaxing days with your family and friends.

In the back of the house there is our huge private playground, surrounded by pine trees and completely fenced, where every child can spend fantastic moments of play in total safety for the parents.

The Antica Dimora Bosco Verde complex stands in an old former rural settlement dating from the 1600s.  It consists of 28 apartments of which we offer 7 for short- and longstay rental. We have units of various types, with 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms. With the help of our very comfortable sofa beds and extra beds we can accommodate up to 9 people in one apartment.

The Bertolin family, well known for running the Antica Trattoria Bertolini restaurant since 1849, completed their offer with the accommodation service in 2002 with the Bertolini Residence, consisting of 14 elegant 30 square metre studio apartments on the upper floors of the building.
In the rooms, the family atmosphere of the restaurant has been recreated, making guests feel at home, offering hotel comfort and services with the addition of an equipped kitchenette.
