The agritourism company “Le Vignole” was founded in Cordignano (TV) from a dream of the Grillo Family, who have always been involved in managing the farm right where the facility stands. The agritourism took root in 2012, first with the restoration of two rural buildings and then in 2024 with the recovery of a portion of a barn that was previously used for raising dairy cows.

It is not the usual traditional Hotel, it is an avant-garde structure with a taste for modern furnishing and innovative management system. The building is located within the Papa Luciani Center. On the hill to the north of the Center, there used to be a stable. After the renovation in 2006, it became the Oasi Bethlehem, a self-managed facility that can accommodate up to 67 people. The “night area” consists of six dormitories with bunk beds, plus a small room for three people. The “day area” includes a spacious dining hall, a professional kitchen, an attic with a prayer area, and, with a separate entrance, another large hall that seats 80 people.
