The restaurant Conca dei Parpari was established in 1965 through the will and tenacity of Elio Comerlati and his wife Lodovica, who laid the first stone here a few years after returning to Italy from Venezuela.

Since 1985, the management has been entrusted to their daughters Gianna and Ivana, who take care of it with grace and professionalism.
