Walled cities in the province of Vicenza
Recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its uniqueness due to the genius of the architect Palladio, containing 23 monuments in the historical centre and 16 villas in the province, Vicenza was had walls on the western side since the Roman times. The Basilica Palladio, the Teatro Olimpico, the Loggia del Capitaniato Palazzo Chiericati, location of the Civic Museum, Villa la Rotonda and Palazzo Valmarano are just some of the universal treasures that welcome visitors to this area.
The Garda Hinterland

Shrine of the Madonna of the Belt
In the first half of the sixteen century the town of Bovolone (in the province of Verona) became an important pilgrimage destination as a result of the strong popular devotion to a marble statue of the Madonna and Jesus child on a throne (both wearing a belted tunic thus giving this name to the Shrine).
According to historical chronicles, there were so many votes, offerings and votive panels donated to the Virgin that it was decided to build a church, completed in 1650 and known from then on as the Shrine of the Madonna of the Belt.

Col di Lana is in fact the centre of the skiing route which passes the military stations and the tunnels that date back to the conflict of 1915-18, among which are the noteworthy outposts Sass de Stria, Lagazuoi, Tofane, Marmolada and Padon.

Snowshoeing is a sport which can be enjoyed by all, even children; it allows you to admire extraordinary landscapes and discover untouched nature, far from the hustle and bustle of the ski slopes, in a magical and almost surreal silence.
Ski mountaineering - Falcade - Bottari - Valles
From Molino, near the campsite, take the path that leads to the Rifugio Bottari, following the signs, after a climb of 350 metres, you reach the 1573 m of the refuge.
The refuge is open only in the summer but in any case it is located in a small clearing that makes it a pleasant panoramic stop.
Keeping the refuge on the left and following the signs, head towards the Valles Basso hut.
The route winds through the woods again, alternating gentle uphills with small downhills.
Freeride - Valle Ornella
The route sets off directly from the run that connects the Padon Pass to the station at the bottom of the Padon 1 chairlift.
It passes along the wide slope to the right of the resort and down across a wide gentle slope closed off at the bottom by a reverse slope. The route climbs a few metres to the summer path sign.
Freeride – Canalone Fertazza
From the Fertazza chair lift arrival point, there is a 10-minute walk in the direction of Cima Fertazza, where you find the charming cross that signals you have reached the summit. Once you have reached the top, you continue through a natural opening of the forest until you reach the entrance to a large gully on the left. Skiis on your feet, you begin the descent along the gully until you leave the rocky walls behind, and then intuitively follow the opening of the wood until you reach the first typical houses of the Còi district.
